Cmune Brings TED Spirit to Beijing

On Friday, 13 November 2009 the first TEDxBeijing event was held in Beijing, bringing the spirit of TED to China’s capital.

TEDx events are independently organized events based on the TED conference concept, of sharing and spreading great ideas and personal stories to inspire people around the world.

CMUNE co-organized this event in partnership with Youchange, a Chinese non-profit organization focused on social entrepreneurship.

“Discovering Passion” was the theme of this first event, with speakers sharing their passion ranging from underwater discovery, storytelling, extreme photography to guerrilla marketing and urban cycling.
